Performance 

 

Catherine is equally at home on opera, concert, music theatre, and new music stages. 

 

She has enjoyed seasons with the Opera Theatre of Saint Louis, Central City Opera, Opera Boston, Wexford Opera (Wexford, Ireland), Opera Theatre of Pittsburgh, MIT Symphony Orchestra in Boston, and the Pittsburgh New Music Ensemble among others.

Teaching

 

Catherine is passionate about teaching the art of music through vocal expression. She is a classically trained singer, and has found many techniques  that can help singers of any genre find their unique voice! 

 

She has held Instructorships at the University of Michigan (Music Theatre Majors) & Indiana University (Non-majors & Majors of a different instrument), and has upheld private studios in Boston, Bloomington, IN,  Lansing, MI, and Charleston, SC.

I just moved here to this INCREDIBLE city in September 2019 from Michigan and I already miss my beloved students! 

I am an arts lover, world traveler, dog lover, tea drinker, yoga attempter, recumbent trike rider, and Gift Officer at the world's most amazing nonprofit organization, the South Carolina Aquarium!
